Hey there, what started as a simple sourdough starter in our family kitchen became a way to bring comfort to friends and neighbors. Today, we bake a small weekly menu of sourdough breads and treats so you can enjoy them fresh.
Slow fermented for deep flavor, this crackly, golden loaf has a tender open crumb that is perfect for soups, sandwiches or just plain old eating at the dinner table.
Sourdough Focaccia

Olive oil rich, airy and dimpled with sea salt and herbs, this focaccia is great for sharing, slicing into sandwiches or tearing straight from the pan.
Sourdough Bagels

Chewy on the outside, soft inside, long fermented for flavor, baked in small batches so every bagel tastes like it came from your favorite neighborhood shop. Plain and everything seasoning rotate weekly. Sold in packs of 8.

How to Order
We bake by preorder only and accept cash, Cash App, Venmo and PayPal.
Look over the menu and pick your loaves or treats. Items and flavors rotate, and quantities are limited so everything you get is baked fresh to order.
Step 2: Place your preorder
Send your order through the contact form with what you would like, how many and whether you prefer pickup or delivery. We will reply with your total, available bake date and pickup window.
Step 3: Pickup your order
On bake day, your order comes out of the oven, cools, and is labeled with your name. You meet us at the scheduled pickup spot in Covington during your pickup window.
